More Empties....So Tragic

There's nothing I feel more guilty about than looking at the hordes of products of makeup that I purchase with enthusiasm and then never use.  Obviously, trying out new products is fun, but there are always going to be those staples that you keep reaching for!  

So, I thought I'd make another video showing some of my empty products and why I love them so much!

5 Minute Makeup Using Naked 3 Palette

So I know that a lot of us are rushed for time in the morning and can't apply amazing, fun makeup every day.  Well, you could but that would involve waking up early and at that point you've lost me.

So, in an effort to try some new colors while still doing something very quickly I pulled together a quick look using my Naked 3 palette.  I tried not to use too many colors and used just the basics for contouring, blush and highlighting.  I left the lips very warm nude and set the look with the urban decay primer.

My New Obsession: TOO FACED Bonjour Soleil Limited Edition Summer Bronzing Wardrobe

So I've been gone for a hot minute.  I recently moved apartments and for anyone who's done this you know what a nightmare it is!   I don't currently have internet so sadly it will be a minute before my videos are back up and running, so I wanted to post a product review.  I recently became a HUGE fan of Too Faced.  I love their bronzer, their highlighter, their mascara, pretty much everything!  So when I saw this super cute kit I immediately had to buy it!  The set comes with the Chocolate Soleil Matte Bronzer, which I LOOOOVE!  The Sun Bunny Nautral Bronzer, which has a little bit of shimmer to it so it's perfect for the summer.  The Snow Bunny Luminous Bronzer, which is great for lighter skin tones and a brush to apply it with.  It also comes in this super cute kit so it's perfect for throwing in your purse or your makeup bag when you travel!

The other thing I love about this is it gives instructions on where to place each of the bronzers (though you should still watch my Highlight and Contour video!    This kit is awesome, you can get it at Sephora, any department store that sells too faced or online.  It's only $44 and speaking from experience, you will get a LOT of use out of it!  Can't wait to rock all of these bronzers :)

Gold Copper Look

I'm obsessed with my Mac Pressed Pigments.  I think they're so great, especially if you love really bright or sparkly eyes.  I recently purchased a bunch and I've been trying a variety of different looks using them.  I tried out this golden copper look and I am absolutely loving it!  It's so pretty and not too obnoxiously sparkly that you couldn't wear it to work.  I tried to use as few colors as possible so it'd be easy to do.  Hope you guys like it!

Simple Smokey Eye with the Too Faced Boudoir Eyes Palette

I am officially obsessed with my Too Faced Boudoir Eyes Palette.  I did a look not too long ago using it but using lighter colors, this time I wanted to try out a smokey eye.  There are so many different looks that can be done with this palette and it was only $36!!  There are a few different palettes that I think I might pick up.  The colors are great and they really last all day.  Check out my video to see my really simple smokey eye!

My Current Obsession: Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara

I've been a pretty loyal fan of the Buxom mascara for years now, but in starting this blog I obviously needed to try new products.  Thank God I did!  I am beyond obsessed with the Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara.  It is literally the best mascara I have ever used!  It makes your lashes soooo voluminous and full and it only takes a coat or two to do so.  Even the Buxom mascara is nothing compared to this.  It really gives the effect of wearing fake lashes without all the headache that comes with it.

The mascara is only $23 and you can buy it from almost everywhere.  I bought mine at Sephora but they have it at Ulta, Macys, Amazon, you name it.  It's really something everyone should try at least once because you will NOT go back to your old mascara.

Too Faced Boudoir Makeup Palette

Too Faced Cosmetics is rapidly becoming one of my favorite brands out there!  I had only tried a product here or there before I started blogging, and while impressed, I was never blown away.  Those days have changed.  I've gone on and on and on about their amazing bronzer in Chocolate Soleil.  It's too dark for me right now which makes me sad on so many levels but it will probably be the only bronzer I use this summer!

Then, there's the Candlight Glow Highlighting Powder.  This stuff is amazing.  It gives the most beautiful pink/white glow and it's perfect for summer.

Now last time I was in Sephora I came across their eye shadow palettes.  Most Palettes are usually in the $50-60 range but this was in the $20's!  So, I deiced why not?!  And purchased a palette.  I am LOVING it!!!!  I will probably go back and buy a few more.

Sephora Haul

Hey! 

So I got a bunch of Sephora gift cards for Christmas/my birthday so I went on a bit of a Sephora shopping spree.  I am actually really happy with pretty much everything I got!  I have a video here where you can see all the products but I also listed them all out below.  So this post seems way longer than it actually is.  My most favorite purchases though have to be my Nars Illuminator and the Nars Matt Pencils I got.  Everything else was pretty great, check out the video to hear my thoughts, and please subscribe!
